This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our online store and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

4. Return Request Deadline
All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier.
Any request submitted after this period will be automatically denied.
5. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or compensation, customers must:

6. Mandatory Return Procedure

Any package returned without approval may:

7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any banking fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party processing fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after validation and logistical processing.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
The customer acknowledges that due to automated international processing systems, shipping may occur shortly after payment confirmation.
9. Delivery Delays
Displayed shipping times are estimates only and do not constitute contractual guarantees.

10. Delivery Confirmation & Proof
Carrier-provided delivery data, including:

timestamp;

tracking updates;
shall constitute sufficient proof of successful delivery.
In the event of a banking dispute or chargeback procedure, these elements may be used as official evidence of proper fulfillment.
11. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
Any abusive chargeback attempt or fraudulent dispute will be formally contested using evidence including:

delivery confirmation;

carrier data;
